Residential Bookings

Individual Bookings

 

The Old Stable House is available to individual guests on an offering basis.  We suggest an offering of £22 per person per night but any donations above this amount are always welcome. 

 

Group Bookings

The suggested offering for groups booking the centre for their own retreats and workshops is £22.00 per person per day.  The offering for non-residential members is £11.00 per day.

For midweek bookings the minimum offering per group is £220 per day. For weekend bookings 4pm Friday to 4pm Sunday a minimum weekend offering of £440 applies.

 

For groups wishing to additionally book Bethel the minimum weekend charge increases to £500.

One-Day Events

 

For one day bookings (9.30 - 5.30) the offering per person will be £11.00.  The minimum offering per group is £100.00. 

 

Evening Sessions/Short Mid-Week Sessions

 

The Centre can be booked for meetings, etc. at an offering of £50.00.

 

Booking Fee

 

Residential:  To confirm your reservation it is essential to pay a booking fee of £100. Booking fees are non-refundable. For cancellations within 4 weeks the minimum fee for the period booked is due, e.g. for a weekend £440 (less the £100 booking fee) is payable.

 

One-day events:  The initial (non-refundable) deposit will be £50.00.

 

Individuals:  The initial (non-refundable) deposit will be 50% of the fee due for the period booked.

 

Catering

 

Guests, both individual and group normally book the centre on a self-catering basis.  If desired we can recommend a local caterer who works regularly at the centre and who will be happy to discuss catering arrangements with you.
